Abstract:

Introduction: Academic faculty members need to emphasize ethical principles in order to improve higher education, with the understanding of this importance, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing the ethical model of academic faculty members in Iran's higher education. Material & Methods: This research is a type of qualitative study that uses foundational data theory. The participants, including experts and faculty members of the country's public universities, who were responsible for the promotion of academic members, were selected as key informants through a targeted sampling method of 45 people. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were obtained from the two methods of reviewing the participants and recoding by experts. Data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding. Results: The results showed that the moral model of faculty members in Iran's higher education is explained in 10 main categories and 27 subcategories. Major and core categories in the form of 6 dimensions of causal conditions including (individual factors, organizational factors), core (cultural-educational, educational ethics, research ethics, scientific-executive), background conditions (higher education policies, moral activism), intervening conditions (environmental factors), strategies (micro level-university, macro level-higher education) and consequences (individual and organizational) were elevated to a higher abstract level and finally the research paradigm model was presented. Conclusion: The regulations for the promotion of academic staff members in Iran require a detailed revision of the content with an ethical and qualitative approach in order to make the indicators of the promotion regulations efficient and effective.

Aim and Background: The main purpose of this study was to review the effectiveness of applied Behavioral analysis (ABA) approach on symptoms of autistic children during a five-year period. Methods and Materials: In this quasi-experimental study, 20 autistic children (3-7 years of age) were intervened by ABA approach at Isfahan Center of Autism for a period of five years (2007-12). Gilliam Autism Rating Scale (GARS) was filled out at baseline and at the end of the five-year period. Besides, the subjects were assessed by a checklist including cognitive comprehension, mathematical and verbal skills, and self-help at the beginning of the study and at the end of each year. After five years, all collected data was analyzed with SPSS19.Findings: Pretest and the posttest values of stereotypic behaviors, communication problems, social interactions, and GARS total scores were significantly different (P<0.001). Furthermore, significant improvements in cognitive comprehension, mathematical and verbal skills, and self-help were observed after each year and at the end of the five-year period (P<0.001).Conclusions: On the whole, it can be concluded that ABA-based interventions can effectively reduce symptoms of autism and increase skills.

Abstract:

One of the problems that many organizations face is changing the behavior of their employees. The purpose of this study is to develop a model of auditors' Behavioral entropy. The present study was conducted in the framework of a qualitative approach and using the data research method of the foundation in 2019. The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews and in order to collect information, by using purposive sampling method with 29 auditors of the auditing organization and the managers of the auditing organization and other auditors, data analysis was performed. were done in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Based on that, a research model was designed. In this model, the most important causal factors, including the economic characteristics of the country, were the financial conditions of the auditor. Underlying factors also included the control system, managers' commitment to the goals and mission of the profession. The results show that the communication status and expectations of managers and employees are the most important intervention factors. Based on the results, the level of participation and accountability of auditors is a strategic factor in the Behavioral entropy of auditors. Finally, the consequences are classified into personal and family consequences. And the findings of this research can be useful for auditing organizations, organizations, etc.

Abstract:

The United States, while a political unit, like other actors, is a country with a wide range of global interests. Accordingly, the active and effective presence of the country in international affairs is explained and interpreted. Understanding United States foreign policy in international crises management(ICM) and being aware of possible America reactions is of particular importance to foreign policymakers. During an international crisis, the United States is a major player in the crisis, or acts in the light of United Nation intervention. So the main question of the article is what is the Pattern of United States Behavioral logic in ICM? With the aim of achieving the management model of the United States in international crises, the ICB Project dataset, inspired by the idea of applied history, were extracted and statistically analyzed. In order to answer the main question of the article using exploratory research method, the findings of the article, which is in fact a hundred-year model of United States behavior in international crises, showed threat of influence, grave damages, limited military damage, and political threat has been most prevalent threats in the "America as Crisis Actor" crises. Non-violence has also been the dominant American technique in crises based on the threat of influence. Also the usual United States response to the threat of grave damage has been serious clashes or full-scale war. The United States has also been inactive in any of the crises the Security Council has dealt with, but the dominant approach has been low-level activity. According to the results, the article concludes that threats such as cultural, economic, or political have no potential to create an international crisis for the United States. The prevailing American response to the perception of the threat of grave damage will also be serious clashes or full-scale war. The main activity of the United States in crises in which it acting as Interfering actor, is low-level activity or inactivity.

Abstract:

Social anxiety is one of the most debilitating anxiety disorders that can negatively affect all aspects of a person's life. Yet, despite the fact that its prevalence rates are relatively high, factors associated it are still poorly understood. The study aimed at determining the prediction model of social anxiety through investigating variables like: depression, shame, Behavioral Inhibition, shyness, and anger as predictors of social anxiety. The study applied a correlative method and a Sample of 581 participants (235 males and 346 females) selected through Cluster Sampling from among Shahed University students. Data were collected through Social Fobia Inventory, Revised Check and Buss Shyness Scale, The third Scale of Adult Self-Conscious Affection, Carver and White Behavioral Activation/Inhibition System Scale, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 and the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-2. Data were then analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and Simultaneous Multiple Regression Analysis in SPSS-16 software. All variables were significantly correlated with social anxiety. Simultaneous multiple regression analysis suggested that with the exception of anger which cannot predict social anxiety, other studied variables (depression, shame, Behavioral inhibition, and shyness) can predict social anxiety. Although part of the obtained results are in line with other research findings, the rest should be encountered carefully and more cross-cultural and inter-cultural research can help scrutinize the findings.

The present research has been conducted with the aim of recognizing the Behavioral Patterns making progressive the problems of marriage in Iranian community. The method of the research is qualitative and is a practical one in terms of the objective. The statistical population of the research is couples referring to one of the clinics of district 3 of Tehran. Sampling was conducted intentionally and randomly and 25 couples aged 30-60 were studied. In order for gathering data, semi- structured interview and for data analysis the continuous comparison method in Strauss and Corbin theory within the three levels of selective, axial and open coding was used. The results indicate that the Behavioral Patterns making progressive the problems of the couples are divided into the three classes of triangular, complementary and symmetrical Patterns. This research has led to a deeper and more accurate recognition of the problems of couples and this way, it is possible to provide proper consulting solutions for improving marriage.
